Open SafeCaller → Settings → Protection and make sure all steps are green. On Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo and Realme phones also allow "Display pop-up windows" and "Autostart" for SafeCaller in the phone's app settings. Battery savers can stop the card — set SafeCaller to "No restrictions".
