How it works
The recruiter sends a few simple tasks and pays ₹50–₹150 for each to build trust. You are then added to a Telegram group where others post screenshots of big earnings.
Next come “merchant” or “prepaid” tasks: deposit ₹1,000 to earn ₹1,300. Early deposits come back with profit; larger ones get stuck behind “tax”, “account upgrade” or “wrong task” fees until you have lost everything.
Genuine employers do not ask you to pay to work, and do not hire through random messages on WhatsApp or Telegram.

What to do
- 1 Stop immediately — do not deposit more to “recover” earlier money
- 2 Exit the groups and block the recruiter
- 3 Report at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930 with transaction details
- 4 Warn friends and family; these links spread through forwards
